About this job
This candidate will perform customer service duties associated with the company website and call center.
Job Responsibilities
-Field phone calls to place orders, handle complaints and returns, provide cooking directions and deal with other customer requests.
-Receive and process orders and customer correspondence from mail, email, and/or website.
-Coordinate with other departments to resolve a variety of customer issues (orders, returns, credit, etc.)
-Perform data entry, filing, invoice preparation, and related activities.
Preferred Qualifications
-Excellent customer service, phone etiquette and typing skills (35wpm)
-6 months+ experience using Microsoft Word to create Word documents
-6 months+ experience using Microsoft Outlook for email generation.
-3 months+ experience using Google or other internet search engine.
-Ability to Multi-task and toggle between multiple tabs
-1+ months previous customer service experience (restaurant, retail, etc.)
Hours: 8-430PM Monday - Friday
