Supervises and coordinates daily operations within the Team Resources Department, ensuring timeliness and accuracy of wage, benefits, performance reviews and other programs. Ensures adequate staffing is maintained at all times.   • Maintain positive employee relations by creating a responsive, open environment and being available to team members to facilitate open and continuous communication; coach others on techniques used to establish and maintain positive employee relations
  • Hire, train and develop an hourly team; lead training, diversity awareness and employee relations programs for the facility
  • Coach other executives to ensure team members receive timely, accurate reviews; process wage increases and assists team members in interpretation of benefits
  • Coordinate and facilitate counseling and corrective action programs for team members; conduct training with partners to ensure performance plans are set, maintained, and continuously improved
  • Assist senior leaders in planning, executing and tracking professional development programs
Requirements
  • 4-year degree
  • Ability to communicate clearly and effectively in all situations with strong interpersonal skills
  • Strong reasoning, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Experience dealing effectively with employee relations issues; ability to interpret and understand policies and procedures and relate them to others
  • Proven ability to motivate teams and manage conflict; ability to provide feedback and develop other leaders
