Support the centralized field administration function with primary responsibility for the daily processing, validating, and auditing of labor payments.
Responsible for processing approximately $15M in annual labor payments for Home Improvement contractor installations.
Job Duties/Responsibilities:
*Audits job proposals and accompanying labor payment requests to ensure compliance to company policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and reasonableness of charges
*Seeks clarifications or explanations as warranted; changes status of labor payments as necessary
*Provides feedback regarding trends in labor code usuage and opportunites for labor program improvements
*Process final labor payments to subcontractors on completed jobs
*Conduct post-completion job audits to ensure policies and procedures were properly followed
*Collaborate with all departments as needed
*Performs miscellaneous duties, as assigned
*Maintains positive and professional atmosphere in the office and is proactive /demonstrates initiative
Required Skills:
*Strong communication skills and the ability to work cross fuctionally, particularly with field operations
*Computer knowledge, and skill in using Microsoft Office products and web-based technology
*Excellent organizational skills
*Ability to lift up to 25 lbs
Preferred Skills:
*Ability to work well under pressure, to meet deadlines and to multi-task
*Effective communication skills; customer focus
*General office skills, including research in the company's production system
