Primary Functions:
- Enter new items in system
- Daily maintenance of all item codes in system including but not limited to updating/correcting:
- Item ID
- Description
- Supplier Part Number
- UOM
- Cost/List
- Cost increases
- Primary Supplier
- Correct discrepancies
- Input PO changes
- Contract Maintenance
- Branch Bin Location Maintenance
- Assist in file prep for Data Imports performed by pricing coordinator
- Relief for Front Desk Receptionist for daily breaks and during vacation, sickness, etc.
Qualifications:
- High School diploma or equivalent
- Proficient in Microsoft Word & Excel
- Two years data entry and pricing experience
