Shipping and Receiving - Full-time / Part-time

Now Hiring Shipping/Receiving Clerk

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Perform inventory control and stock checks
• Unload and load trucks when needed.
• Perform full inventory audits using an RF scanner.
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel and word) for documentation.
• Pick and package orders using a stand up forklift when needed.
• Route materials
• Schedule pick ups with vendors
• Send emails for vendor shipping rates and then present to management.
• Enter account number from bill of lading, enter weight and dimensions, and verify order.
• Take a digital picture of every single part before shipping for documentation.

QUALIFICATIONS:

• Previous stand up forklift experience. (Preferably Raymond forklifts)
• Prior warehouse inventory experience
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.
• Attention to detail as they have many parts
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft office (Excel and word)
• Strong computer skills (Inventory system, Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Warehouse management computer system or a form of an ERP ystem is required. (Currently using ShipRP)
• Knowledge of FedEx Heavy is a plus
