About this job

This person will be working in a call center providing excellent customer service to customers calling in seeking a doctor. This person will be responsible for taking down demographic information while deescalating calls and providing callers with accurate information specific to the company. This company is highly metric based and these employees are scored based on their ability to meet metrics on a daily basis.

Must haves:
- Minimum of 2 years of customer service experience
- Great tenure at past jobs (Minimum of 2 years at a position)
- Fluent in Spanish and English
- Computer proficient (ability to navigate internet explorer)
- Ability to work well in a team environment
- Ability to show attention to detail
- Must be able to type 35 WPM
- High School Diploma

Hours vary based on shift.

Pay: $14.50/hr
