Aerotek is hiring for several Loan Specialists for one of their mortgage companies in Highlands Ranch, Colorado. This position is full time, Monday through Friday with Flexible first shift hours (either 7 to 4, 8 to 5 or 9 to 6) and pays $21.63/hr.
Qualifications of the Document Control Specialist
- Looking for someone with at least 1 year of mortgage, specifically in collateral documents OR a candidate with a bachelor's degree with an interest in working in the Financial Industry.
- Someone who is familiar with mortgages on the back end/servicing side instead of the origination side
- Looking for someone who has basic Excel skills (i.e. formatting, formatting, etc.)
- Someone who is familiar with MS Outlook and Word as well
- Looking for someone who enjoys researching documents and analyzing information
Responsibilities of the Document Control Specialist
- Will research missing loan documents to identify the location of the exceptions or missing pieces of information (i.e. mortgage, assignment of mortgage, title policy, power of attorney, note, entire file, etc.)
- Will follow up with various clients to make sure loan documents are pushed through the process
- Quality assurance of loan documents to ensure correct information.
