About this job

Our client is heavily involved in designing simulation products for companies worldwide. They are seeking an Electrical Engineer for an immediate opening. Please see the details below and call me directly at 407-803-5138.

Duties for Electrical Engineers will include:

  • Design, document, integrate, and trouble shoot electrical systems and subsystems from concept to delivery.
  • Design of industrial electrical equipment, products, and systems for military and/or commercial use.
  • Specification of electrical components to be used in the design of these systems.
  • Possible troubleshooting and repair of fielded systems.
    Using computer-assisted engineering and design software to perform engineering tasks.

Qualifications:

  • Experience with flight training devices is a plus. An ideal candidate would have a BS in Electrical Engineering.
  • Must be able to produce schematics with AutoCAD.
  • Must be able to produce system block diagrams, schematics, and cable assemblies.
  • Must be able to work within a Document Control System to release and revise drawings.
  • Must be proficient with Microsoft Office tools
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in simulation cable and electrical design

Additional experience in the following is a plus:

  • Experience designing simulation equipment.
  • Experience commissioning Servo Systems (documenting, integrating, troubleshooting, testing, and tuning).
  • Programming in C and C++.
  • Experience with automation controllers.
  • PCB design and layout.
  • Experience with AutoDesk Inventor.
