For more information, please visit The Dealer Compensation Analyst will be the primary point of contact for a select group of assigned dealers, providing a high-level of service and support for all matters relating to compensation. This person will assist with a variety of projects, tools, and reports specific to the payment of each dealer's compensation. They are also responsible for identifying, analyzing, and reporting on any gaps that may exist with a dealer's compensation. This person will serve as a liaison between a diverse group of internal partners including Systems, Testing, Reporting and Sales to help successfully support their dealer partners.Minimum
  • 3-5 Years Operational or Commissions related experience
  • Strong analytical and Excel skills
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills; effectively communicate with all levels of  employees and management
  • Ability to work independently and with a team
  • Ability to meet tight deadlines and prioritize competing demands
  • Detailed oriented
  • Ability to Influence others
  • Microsoft Windows
  • Working knowledge of SQL
Desired:
  • 5+ years Operational or Commissions experience
  • Experience writing MS SQL queries to extract, normalize, and manipulate data for trending, analysis, and calculation
  • Awareness and understanding of compliance, audit, and risk assessment
  • Solid understanding of multiple system development life-cycle mythologies
  • Understanding of business process and system process within multiple knowledge areas
  • Wireless Telecom experience
  • Strong statistical analysis
  • Working VBA and Teredata knowledge
  • Experience with SharePoint
  • Retail experience
Education
  • Bachelor's degree preferred. Additional relevant work experience may be considered in lieu of degree.

Essential Functions
  • Support a Dealer Vendor base
  • Facilitate monthly testing and processing of assigned dealers
  • Develop and/or report out on a variety of needs determined by the Client Services team
  • Conduct operational assessments to identify risks or gaps and propose systematic solutions.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive project execution/completion
  • Provide subject matter expertise for commission's related projects, and initiatives
  • Participate in the development and testing of processes that impact commissions
  • Provide Analytical support to Commissions Management Team and Program Managers
  • Responsible for any other Duties/Projects as assigned by business management as needed
