Laborer

Aerotek has 5 immediate openings for general laborers to complete a solar project in Lowman, NY.

Minimum requirements include:

• 1+ Years experience with outdoor general labor work
• Strong mechanical aptitude. Must be able to use hand and power tools
• Steel toe boots

Job responsibilities include:

• Perform the racking and module assembly and installation of solar farms (ground mounts).
• Responsible for assembly the panel racking systems on site using hand and power tools. They are also responsible for attaching the assembled panel to the racking systems to get it ready for the electrical contractors to complete.
• There will be on-site training for every new employee to learn the process. Once they have competed the process a few times it is very repetitive.
