Walgreens Assistant Design Manager

This company is doing modernization projects for Walgreens stores throughout the US. These are upgrades to older stores to make them look new. They have 26 stores that need to be completed by March 31st and and another 25 stores coming after that.

These candidates will be production style drafting the floor plans and layouts of these stores with the Walgreens team.

Surveying work consist of the following:
1. Surveyors will be responsible for surveying and entering in data and pictures for each kitchen utilizing Revit to enter in information from drawings taken.
2. Each Walgreens will be surveyed and completed before the surveyor leaves. Surveyors will need to review all inaccessible situations with this company prior to departure.
3. Surveyor will sync up survey to cloud before leaving
4. Surveyor will complete exterior survey questions
5. Surveyor will red line dimensions of rooms and submit electronically
9. Surveyors must complete surveys using IPAD or tablet or writing material prior to putting them into Revit. It is the Surveyor 's responsibility to make sure that all devices are properly charged to prevent delays.
10. Surveyors will need tape measure and laser measuring device
11. Surveyors will be responsible for managing and coordinating travel and survey schedule arrangements with all required parties

The work from home consist of taking the surveys they completed and creating construction documents in Revit. Candidates should be able to perform the following in BIM/Revit:

- BIM Modeling for specific design
- work under direction of a design professional and BIM Captain
- ensure construction documents accuracy based on discipline and BIM model
- collaborate and coordinate with other disciplines design changes and model changes
- Adhere to BIM execution plan and BIM project work flow criteria
- follow BIM content standards and development procedures
- may take the lead on developing some discipline specific DIM modeling content for project
- print drawing st for professional team and participate in discipline reviews
- prepare own discipline model and/r content for BIM meetings
- ability to export DWF and other formats for collaborations internally and externally
high level of communication and good writing skills
