Digital Marketing Designer

Our dedicated Marketing and Communications team is tasked with increasing engagement not only with and among our members, but also with the media, government, academia, business community and workforce.
As a collaborative member of the MarCom team, the Web/Digital Marketing Designer will utilize powerful tools like the Adobe Creative Suite and Hubspot to develop and implement inbound marketing strategies to increase engagement across multiple channels and audiences. This candidate's strong background in marketing, web/mobile responsive template building, and graphic design is necessary for: 1) improving the front end of current websites, 2) building and maintaining event\marketing websites and 3) leading the upcoming rebranding and UX design of the new website. The ideal candidate will also have a knack for analyzing data; measuring website effectiveness; and monitoring the company's digital marketing strategies.

Experience
* 2+ years marketing and web design experience that includes some combinations of Hubspot marketing, graphic design, front-end web design and website optimization
* Solid HTML, CSS/SASS, JavaScript, jQuery, SEO skills, and mastery of Adobe CS
* Solid Hubspot CRM skills, including template and landing page design (websites, website enhancements a plus!)
* Experience building files for digital
* Comfortable working with responsive layouts and designs, and building effective, intuitive user interfaces
* Proficiency using Hubspot Content Optimization System (COS) a plus
