Aerotek is actively hiring for call center agents to support a client of ours near Linthicum, MD
Qualifications:
- 1+ year of recent and consistent call center experience.
- Experience working under call center metrics.
- Ability to answer a high volume of inbound calls.
Additional Information:
Our client's call center is open until 9:00PM. Therefore, candidates MUST have the availability to work the 12:30PM-9:00PM if selected for hire. Candidates can move into more desirable shifts as tenure is built.
