About this job
Seeking Customer Service Representatives in Bowling Green, KY for a 1st shift. These positions will be working Monday-Friday. Must have past customer service experience. The candidates will be on the phone >90% of the time fielding inbound calls.
Required Skills:
o High School diploma or equivalent
o Ability to type at least 35 WPM
o 18-36 months of customer service experience
o Knowledge of multi-line phone systems
o Excellent interpersonal and customer service skills
o Sound reasoning and problem solving skills
o Ability to read, understand and follow written policies and procedures
