Invoice Analyst

Aerotek is hiring Invoice Analysts for a client in Franklin, TN!

Job Description:

• Will be entering and processing invoices manually utilizing 10 key into proprietary database.
• If invoices do not match client statements, must problem solve in order to find discrepancies and reach out to client analysts that manage the partnership with customers when there is an issue.
• This position will review invoices scanned from an auto feeder and review them for accuracy, basically just doing a QA on invoices.
• They will verify the invoice #, invoice date, amount, the debitor - aka the carrier they are billing, verifying bills of lading, etc. Basically making sure the info is correct and what wasn't captured by scanner is corrected and fixed in system.

Requirements:

• College degree is preferred but not needed.
• 2+ years of experience doing data entry or administrative experience.
• Invoice experience not required but preferred.

Pay and Hours:

• $15/hr.
• M-F 7- 3:30am
