Senior citizen... House is very clean already (including baseboards, etc). We just need help maintaining every other week. 950sf apartment; 2 bedrooms; 2 bathrooms; 2 window and 1 sliding glass door. Duties: Vacuum Sweep & mop vinyl floors Clean bathrooms Take out garbage Dust (very few items on surface tops as WE HATE CLUTTER!) Clean kitchen including refrigerator (no oven) Clean ceiling fan Detail work (switches and outlets, baseboards, door knobs) Change the bed linens (I will do the laundry though...) That's it! It's a 2-3 hour job and you should be in and out quickly. Parking is SUPER easy too!
