Specific Duties/Job requirements
- Provide USN ABH expertise in collaboration with ISDs, MMS, and other SMEs to update NRTC
- Assist as a course developer to update content
- Travel for mini-workshop not to exceed one week
- Other assigned tasks
- Successful performer in rating
- Prior service as a rating work center supervisor
- Prior Fleet service in rating at minimum of E-6 paygrade
- Proficient in Microsoft Office products (Word, Excel)
- Organized and concise
- Exceptional attention to detail
- Exceptional writing skills
- Preferred Experience
- Prior service as A- or C-School instructor and NETC MTS qualification
- Familiarity with eLearning development tools such as the Adobe Creative Suite
