Position Summary
- Southern Maine Health Care Nutrition Services is seeking a highly qualified, motivated Culinary Leader to join our department leadership team.This individual will be responsible for leading a team that provides a cutting edge, best practice program in a high volume retail and patient dining services setting. This position requires multiple shared responsibilities with other department leadership members and this individual must possess the ability to work effectively in a cohesive group to achieve common goals and objectives.
- Bachelor's degree preferred with five years proven progressive Nutrition Service experience.
- A minimum of five years experience in Healthcare Nutrition Management preferred.
- ServSafe Certified required.
- Two Year Culinary degree preferred
- Computer skills and familiarity with Microsoft office applications.
- Valid driver's license required.
