Responsibilities

Manage all Workers Compensation claims and follow-up with each open case
Conduct monthly audits on insurance bills through the use of reports
Coordinate 403(b) appointments, enrollments and loans
Assist with coordinating and processing all aspects of employee Benefits and Family Medical Leave (FMLA)
Establish and maintain a good working relationship with all levels of staff and management
Provide assistance and support to the HR department as needed
Requirements

Qualifications:

High School diploma plus (1) year Human Resources experience
Experience and/or knowledge of Ulti-Pro, Benefits, Worker s Compensation, Medical Leave a plus
Experience with creating and maintaining spread sheets; data entry and organizing computer files; ability to work accurately in a busy environment
