Duration: Flexibility - Business Development Representative (3 How's)

How does it work?

The real estate industry is changing quickly. The traditional roles (such as a real estate agent) are becoming more complex and specialized. The Business Development Representative is a licensed real estate agent who focuses on the client-facing aspects of real estate transactions. In this role, you'll be an independent contractor working under our company's brand.

How do I get paid?

Working as an independent contractor is like owning your own business. Real estate commissions are generated after a real estate transaction is completed. You will receive a percentage of the proceeds from a sale based on successful representation of your client and your direct contribution to the transaction.

How do I get started?

The first step is to start a dialog with one of our professional career counselors. Our company has helped many individuals transition out of a traditional job and into a position that is more flexible and rewarding. We're anxious to partner with those who have the highest chance of success.

Regulatory Notice. To work as a real estate agent (and be qualified for this position) you must have or obtain a real estate license. Like getting a driver's license, state authorized training/testing is required to get certified. Third-party educational institutions provide this fee-based training to the general public. Licensed real estate agents affiliated with Crye-Leike work as independent contractors, and they are compensated via a full-commission pay plan.
