REM Iowa is seeking Direct Support Staff (Direct Support Professionals/DSP) to work full time Monday-Friday 8:30am to 3:30pm to provide assistance to individuals in services. DSPs provide assistance with building employment skills such as punctuality, workplace behavior, time management, self-control, stress management, using public transportation and personal hygiene. In addition, DSPs support therapeutic and behavioral plans in partnership with clinical staff to enhance the quality of life for those we support.
