About this job

On behalf of IMPAQ International, Headway Workforce Solutions is currently seeking Part time and Full Time Telephone Interviewers to conduct telephone surveys. Interviewers You will ask questions over the phone regarding Medicare benefits. This position pays $10 per hour, and the position last from January 2nd – February 2nd.  Additional work may be available on future projects studies for strong performers.

As a Telephone Interviewer, you will…

  • Contact health plan call centers across the country to help Centers for Medicare and Medicaid Services (CMS) evaluate healthcare compliance
  • Be on the phone the full shift and be comfortable making a high volume of calls with specific time constraints.
  • Read the questions clearly and verbatim to the participant

Position Qualifications

  • High school diploma or GED required
  • Strong attention to detail
  • Ability to read and speak English fluently
  • 6 months of customer service experience preferred; preferably in a government agency, hospitality, financial/banking, or professional office setting
  • Ability to work a minimum of 20 hours / week. 
  • Background check required

Hours & Training

  • 4 – 6 hours per shift
  • 20 – 40 hours per week, Monday – Friday. No Weekend Hours required.
  • Successful completion of self-study and web-based training prior to outbound calling
