Qualifications
- Bachelor's Degree
- Minimum of 1 year of administrative support experience
- Highly proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel, and Word (will be tested)
- Must be flexible to work overtime
Position Summary
- Provides professional level staff assistance to an administrative superior, division or department head in specially assigned areas of operation
- Serve as point person for maintenance, mailing, shopping supplies, equipment, bills and errands.
- Acts as a liaison with outsourced IT consultant on all technology-related issues, including rapidly responding to staff problems and network outages
- Organize and schedule meetings and appointments
- Maintains company record and project logs
- Continuously reviews and maintains purchases for assigned projects
- Completes purchase orders in a timely manner
