A growing company in N. Seattle is looking to hire a part-time Office Assistant/Receptionist. You will have an opportunity to work in an office of about 75 people. Your responsibilities will be answering the Incoming calls that has multiple lines and greeting customers. Will be in charge of ordering office supplies and catering for the office events. Will be helping with new hire badges and also delivering incoming mail and helping with outgoing mail. Daily interaction with FedEx and UPS carriers. Need basic computer skills.

The hours for this role are 8a.m.--1p.m. or 9a.m. 2pm. and must be able to work a standard 25 hr week. The position will start as a 6 month contract but could be extended to a year.
