About this job

We are looking for someone to come in and perform the essential duties in a successful and satisfactory way.

This individual will be responsible for supporting all functions within the manufacturing setting as an administrative assistant. This individual will be working under their current admin who will be retiring.

Some of the responsibilities in regards to this position will be general office Administrative Work greeting visitors/customers , answer phones, coordinating meetings and reservations, filing, faxing, mailing, assisting in various projects, maintain/order supplies. Also, employee relations/safety support, they'll be answering benefits questions, assist in recruiting process. Data Entry and reporting into various systems.

MUST HAVE:

1 year Admin Experience

1 year Data Entry
