Customer Service Representative - J'Town Area ($12-$13/hr)

Aerotek is hiring CSRs for a call center in the Hurstbourne area. This is a 3-4 month contract assisting customers who need help with their tax information

Job Details: *Pay: $12-$13 - depending on experience *Hours: Monday-Friday *need to be available between 8:30am-6pm *Weekends: Available to work Saturday (9am-6pm) or Sunday (1pm-5pm) *Contract Period: 3-4 months

Job Qualifications:
*Working knowledge of Microsoft Excel and Word
*Customer Service experience, a self-starter, and able to work in a team environment
*Must be able to perform in a high volume environment, and complete data entry tasks with detail orientation
*Legal, banking or law enforcement background a plus
*Pulling application in que to verify all of the Tax Preparer information is correct. If information is correct the contractor will move application to finished que. Will take incoming calls from tax preparer
