About this job

The Customer Service Representative provides scheduling and registration to patients and staff. This person is responsible for fielding inbound calls regarding registrations, scheduling, problem solving, and call routing to one of the 25 primary care and specialty locations across the metro.

Typical call, I need to schedule a check up with doctor John Doe for next week, he is my Oncologist.

Responsibilities Include:
Directing patients to facilities and services
Completes accurate scheduling and registrations in EPIC
Acts as a liaison between medical staff and outside resources
Resolves provider and patient issues in a timely manner
Document each call and update patient information as requested

The right candidate should expect 80 to 100 inbound calls per day.
