A firm in Redmond is looking to hire an exceptional customer service representative!
Responsibilities Include:
- Responding to approximately 50 customer phone calls and about 20 customer emails per day.
- The calls and emails will vary in nature from product inquires, pricing requests, order status and related.
- Call duration will also vary from short questions, to more in-depth and longer calls should customer have equipment malfunctions that they need assistance with.
- May be asked to cover for the Front Desk / Receptionist during lunch break
Additional Information:
- Training will be provided to help answer standard customer questions.
- The shift is 7:30am.- 4:30pm.
