Production Workers - Full-time / Part-time

Applicants must be focused on detail, people and service oriented, and possess good communication skills. Individuals must be willing to work safely, and have the ability to work and contribute to a continuous improvement, team environment. Applicants must have experience with machine based equipment, saws, punch press and/or milling machines. Individuals must also have the ability to utilize hand and power tools; also must be able to read basic shop drawings, measurements, fractions and decimals. Welding experience is a plus. Aluminum product knowledge and/or experience with door and storefront fabrication is preferred.
Must be flexible for all shifts. Including weekends. They will work any shift available/given to them. Manufacturing and production experience or in a fast pace work environment is a plus. Candidates should be mechanically inclined, even if this is working with basic tools around the house. Candidates with a positive attitude and great attendance will be looked at for the possibility to be hired on after the 6 months.
