About this job
My client is looking for an on site welder. They mainly do industrial and large commercial jobs, and want someone who can hit the ground running on site with minimal training. Some of their biggest jobs right now are industrial piping, and are looking for someone who can weld that pipe, or someone who can weld other things such as structural steel or platforms utilizing both TIG, MIG and STICK Methods.
This is a construction environment, you will be on different sites depending on the size of the project. Most of the projects last anywhere from 2/3 days up to 6+ months. ALL PROJECTS ARE IN CENTRAL, OH AND YOU WILL GET MILEAGE REIMBURSEMENT BASED ON THE DISTANCE FROM THE SHOP.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Min 2 yrs experience doing construction welding (preferable)
- TIG, MIG and STICK welding experience
- Experience welding all different sizes of piping and structural steel
- Candidates must be safety aware, punctual and reliable
Candidates will be expected to weld without much training other than job site training.
Must bring your own welding hood and hand tools!

You will interview with the Field Superintendent, weld test and start right away!!
