Job Summary:
Kemper has an immediate need for professional and motivated Customer Service Representatives/First Notice of Loss Representatives (FNOL) to work in our Moosic call center.
This position is Kemper s first line contact with our customers. You will answer inbound calls from policyholders and claimants and accurately input all necessary information into the FNOL application to complete a First Notice of Loss Report. You will assist customers in a professional and courteous manner and input all overnight claim reports in a timely and accurate manner.
The schedule for this position is 4 days, Monday Friday 1:00pm 10:00pm and Saturday 11:30am 5:30pm. Afternoon/night shift schedules may vary. Training will be 8:30am 5:00pm and will last 2 to 3 weeks.
Position Qualifications:
High School Diploma or equivalent.
2 + years Customer Service or call center experience.
Bilingual in Spanish is a plus.
Microsoft Office Suite knowledge is essential.
