We are currently seeking a Customer Service Coordinator, National Accounts to be located in Coppell, Texas and report to the Retail Customer Service Manager, Operations.

Key responsibilities include but are not limited to the following:

  • Daily/weekly customer communication for order reconciliation
  • Working cross functionally with internal business partners; Transplace/Load Centers
  • Proactive participation in NEC Process
  • Timely and accurate input of manual orders received via fax or email
  • Research and resolve order blocks
  • Product substitution and adjustment to delivery dates
  • Provide up to date product information to customers
  • Interaction communication with buyers and merchandisers staff
  • Payload adjustment to maximize truck utilization
  • Serve as the first point of contact for Nestle Waters customer
  • Customer promotions related to product and timing
  • Short lead notification to the respective impacted plant
  • Researches late or missing loads by working with regional load control centers
  • Manages the input of return order requests for damages, missed-shipment, and customer refusal
  • Assist with customer appointments when required
  • Order splitting into shippable loads
  • Customer required reporting and projects
  • Sample order / donation order management
  • Key contributor and possible driver in process issue identification along with improvement or correction projects

Key qualifications include:

  • BA/BS Preferred
  • Minimum of 2 years experience in customer service within CPG industry grocery
  • Analytical skills and communication skills
  • Microsoft Office and SAP experience
  • Strong organizational skills along with detail orientation
  • Problem solving skillset and mentality
  • Experience in dealing with large customer accounts is preferable
