A prestigious corporate office of a San Diego company is currently seeking a Customer Service Candidate for their San Diego office. Primary Responsibilities

  • Verifying information with customers via the telephone

  • Maintain customer records

  • Answer customer's questions about products, pricing and availability

  • Data entry

  • Inside sales to inactive customers

Working hours: 8:00am-5:00pm

Skills:

Credentials

--Experience assisting customers over the phone while entering data

--Ability and interest in calling customers to receive updates a must

--Ability to communicate verbally as well as in writing with customers

--Work well with changing priorities often

--Excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills

--Positive attitude and desire to stay busy

--Good attendance is also important

--Ability to work well independently

Monday - Friday from 8:00am to 5:00pm
