Job Description:
A high valued company in the King of Prussia, PA area is seeking a Customer Service Representative. The position is a temporary to hire opportunity with a salary between $16-18/hour (depending on experience).
Position Details:
Handle inbound calls and answer client questions
Order Entry and Order Processing
Interact with customers regularly handling any questions, and billing inquires.
Make outbound phone calls to current clients in regards to company billing/collections inquires.
Provide a positive and productive work environment.
Documentation of customer experience as well as any data.
Working hours: Mon-Fri 8:30am-5:30pm
Skills:
Qualifications:
-Bachelors Degree in Finance/Economics/Business Administration preferred
Must have tenure with previous companies
Quality focused problem solving with experience with Multi-tasking
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
