Job Description:
Randstad is recruiting for a Customer Service Representatives to work in Southaven, MS. The Customer Service Representative will process and prepare correspondence to fulfill customer needs. Responsible for providing product service and transit information to the customer and act as a liaison to facilitate issue resolution.
Must be able to work 2nd shift hours of 4:00 pm-12:30 am Monday-Friday. Pay rate is $13. 00/hour working in the Southaven, MS area.
Position Summary include:
-Resolve product or service problems and clarify the customer's compliant.
-Maintain customer records and update account information.
-Maintain financial accounts by processing customer adjustment.
Working hours: 4:00 pm-12:30 am
Skills:
-High school diploma or equivalent.
-12 months of system, data entry or reporting experience.
-Working knowledge of warehouse systems, process and procedures.
