Job Description:

We currently have an opportunity for a large healthcare services provider located in west of Pittsburgh (Robinson Township). This is a rapidly growing industry and they urgently need a qualified, administrative/clerical orientated candidates with previous experience in healthcare, medical, or a customer service background to help the business continue to grow! This is a temporary role slated to last 6 months or longer in duration, based upon the needs of the business. This is not a commissioned sales position. This position is an opportunity for you learn and establish yourself in a fast paced, high volume, growth environment.

Pay: $12. 00 - 12. 50

Performs outbound calls to customers accross the network for customer satisifaction surveys. Retrieves data and conducts status inquiries; maintains a filing system; examines documents for quality and accuracy, resolves minor discrepancies; determines appropriate methods for processing of mail, files and supplies. Coordinates production and daily workflows. May perform basic document preparation, involving arranging pages or updating any obsolete information. Audits and reviews processed clerical work.

Working hours: Standard Business Hours (M-F)

Skills:

Skills: Excellent computer, telephone, fax machine and copier skills. Ability to perform in a fast paced environment. Ability to be organized and prioritize the work. Excellent verbal and communication skills along with delivering excellent customer service.

Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred. Customer service experience preferred.

Will be required to complete a full criminal history background check upon a formal job offer.
