Our client is currently seeking Inbound Customer Service Representatives. CSR's are responsible for scheduling, and canceling reservations and assisting customers with transportation. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

-Previous experience with customer service in a call center

-Excellent listening skills

-Professional verbal communication skills (friendly and conversational) and written communication skills; spelling, grammar and data entry

-Computer proficiency in a windows environment, internet navigation and keyboarding skills

-Must have the ability to use computer for extended period of time to enter and process customer orders.
