The Support Team Customer Service Representative, working at the direction of the Support Team Leader, is responsible for communicating with external clients and providers to provide a high level of client services.

Ability to effectively communicate both verbally and in writing to convey clear, well articulated information

Ability to understand, speak and write English in order to convey messages and correspond in an articulate and professional manner

Possess public communication skills that project a professional representationof the Company to a variety of business, government and community clients and associates

organizational skills

Working hours: 8:30am until 5:00 pm

Skills:

MUST HAVE A BACHELOR DEGREE TO APPLY

Answer a multi-line phone as the first point of contact for all claim related calls

Provide a high level of client service to all external clients and providers

Interfaces with other departments and staff to resolve concerns that cannot be resolved at the time of call

Follows best practices, ensuring compliance with Company standards and policies strictly adhering to industry, state and federal regulations

Keeps the Support Team Leader informed of all activity outside pre-set guidelines

Works collectively with all staff to promote a positive work environment

Meets all department performance standards

Intuitively able to reason, analyze information and events and apply judgement in order to solve problems of both a routine and complex nature

Ability to demonstrate project and time management skills

Ablility to prioritize and complete multiple tasks simultaneously
