Job Description:
Our client, a leading manufacturer in King of Prussia, has an immediate opening for an Industrial Customer Service and Sales Support Representative for an excellent direct hire opportunity!
The responsibilities of the position are as follows:
Provide support and troubleshoot issues for customers
Provide customers with quotes and pricing
Work with distributors and account representatives to provide top service to large accounts
Work with the manufacturing team to obtain information on inventory, delivery status and scheduling
Provide support to the VP of Sales
Working hours: M-F 8A-5P
Skills:
Requirements for the position:
Must have 5 years customer service or sales support experience within a manufacturing or technical product environment
Bachelor's Degree Preferred
Proficient in MS Office Suite, Accounting Software and CRM
Proven ability to work in a team environment
Excellent customer service skills
