Job Description:

Customer Service Representative

Our client, a logistics company, is looking for a Customer Service Representative for their San Jose, CA location. They are looking for people who can handle a fast paced environment. This is a temp to hire position

Duties and Responsibilities:

  • Handle a high volume of outbound calls/emails in a timely manner to current customers

  • Update customers with tracking and delivery information

  • Update PO's

Working hours: M-F 8am-5pm

Skills:

Requirements:

--1-2 years of experience in a call center, customer service, supply chain, logistics, or procurement

--Experience with Microsoft Excel and Google Docs

--1-2 years of B2B experience

--Friendly, upbeat, positive attitude and willing to help

--Ability to multi-task

Salary/Benefits:

--Temporary to hire

--Monday - Friday 8:00am - 5:00pm

--$17/hr
