Job Description:

A high valued company in the King of Prussia, PA area is seeking a Customer Service Representative to assist customers with questions regarding their benefits. The position is a temporary to hire opportunity with an hourly pay rate between $13-14/hr (depending on experience).

Position Details:

  • Handle inbound and outbound calls from customers regarding their benefit plans

  • Interact with customers via phone and email

  • Make outbound phone calls to customers to follow up with additional benefits information

  • Provide a positive and productive work environment

  • Documentation of customer experience as well as any additional data

Working hours: Mon-Fri 8a-4:30p, 9a-5:30p, 10a-6:30p

Skills:

Qualifications:

  • High School Diploma Required

  • College Degree Preferred

  • 1+ years experience in customer service

  • 1+ years experience in a healthcare office environment

  • Must have tenure with previous companies

  • Quality focused problem solving with experience with Multi-tasking

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite

  • Healthcare or Benefits knowledge preferred
