Job Description:
Our client, located in Fort Worth, TX is seeking experienced customer service associates with accounts receivable experience!
-Perform validity checks on deductions submitted by customers & work with Customer Service Team Leads, A/R, and other cross-functional groups as needed.
-Research and review deductions to identify the corrective action to close the dispute.
-Process credits to close disputes, as necessary.
-Send customer correspondence to address invalid deductions, as necessary.
-Strong and effective communication ability, both written and verbal.
Pay: $14. 00-$18. 00 per hour depending upon experience
Hours: Day Shift, Typically 8am-5pm
Working hours: Monday-Friday, 8am-5pm
Skills:
Prior experience in a high-volume deduction environment is preferred.
Experience working within Enterprise ERP Software environments, preferably SAP.
Intermediary knowledge of Microsoft Excel (V-lookups and other common formulas preferably.)
Ability to work independently, self-starter.
Candidates must be willing to submit to background, drug and education verification screenings.
