Do you have amazing customer service skills? Do you love helping customers over the phone? Do you have a Bachelor's Degree?
Randstad is hiring several Client Relations Reps to work with our client, a major insurance firm in Scottsdale.
This is a brand new call center located in Scottsdale and we are looking to fill the first training class. Training begins December 4. Training is 4 weeks long.
Profile we're looking for is a Bach degree, upbeat, energetic on phones.
There is a customer service assessment required.
Hiring process will be: pass testing, phone interview, in person meeting.
Work week will be 35 hours minimum depending on call volume.
All offers will be extended by 9/29
Working hours: Our hours of operations are Monday - Friday 8:00 am to 9:00 pm and Saturday 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Skills:
Bachelors Degree Required
Must complete a skills assessment for Customer Service
Provides prompt efficient service for assigned product and/or service center internal and external customers.
Designs and administers plans funded by all types of investments, with investment direction provided by trustee(s) and/or plan participants.
Coordinates full communication between contract holders, producers, and with internal Nationwide departments.
