Job Description:
Job Summary: A rapidly growing Medical Billing company located in Hudson, OH is seeking 2 Customer Service Representatives to their growing call center, the next training class will start mid December. The main role of this position will be to receive high volume inbound calls from patients regarding billing questions. This is a temp-to-hire opportunity, M-F, must be able to work an 8 hour shift between 8am-6pm, $10-12/hr.
Job Responsibilities:
Handling a high volume of customer service calls.
Providing patients with information regarding service, rates, and billing questions.
Obtaining patient information.
Creating, maintaining, and updating patient records.
Working hours: M-F, 8am-5pm
Skills:
Qualifications:
--Must have a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience within the medical field.
--Excellent communication and customer care skills.
--Experience with medical insurance process is preferred.
--Strong computer skills are needed, will be navigating between multiple systems.
