Job Description:
Assist potential borrowers by explaining the loan process
Actively identify sales opportunities to originate new business
Participate in collection activities including taking payments, negotiating payoffs, and calling customers to remind them to pay
Manage all day to day responsibilities for servicing a consumer loan portfolio
Perform clerical functions associated with generating new accounts, processing loans, and handling payments
Working hours: Monday-Friday days
Skills:
Qualifications include:
3-5 years of previous customer service preferred
Must pass a credit check, background check, and drug screen
Must have professional demeanor, positive attitude, strong communication and customer service skills
