About this job

The Customer Service Coordinator will be responsible to satisfactorily meet the needs of our customers through the resolution of concerns, requests, general inquiries and timely dispatching of Service Technicians for repair services.

Responsibilities include:

  • Receive and respond to all customer inquiries and complaints (by phone, fax, e-mail and electronic forms)
  • Schedule and confirm customer repair service calls
  • Coordinate and communicate schedule to Service Technicians
  • Provide instruction for Service Technicians when scheduling an inspection, installation, delivery, or Quality Assurance inspection
  • Ensure complete satisfaction of customer needs
  • Liaison between manufacturer and customers
  • Follows up on a regular and as-needed basis on all open and unresolved customer concerns.
  • Maintain accurate customer records
  • Update most current information on existing concerns (including technician field reports).
  • Support other tasks/assignments as set forth by management
