Here at TRIBE, Customer service is a priority. We ensure each of our Customer Service Representatives has a Customer Service Assistant, (CSA). We are looking for CSA s who will apply their computer skills, organizational, and problem solving abilities to their daily duties. They become the professionals behind the scenes and play a key role in ensuring the happiness of any TRIBE customer.

Customer Service Admins must be able to think on their feet and make sound decisions in high pressure environments. They will learn new things every day and need to be self-driven for success, organized and willing to go above and beyond for our customers.

Daily Responsibilities:

  • Accurately entering all customer orders into the Transportation Management system.
  • Assist in setting up pick-up and delivery appointments.
  • Understand and execute all customer requirements for freight temperatures and handling.
  • Update pertinent information in real-time.
  • Serve as a backup for Customer Service Representatives.
Job Requirements

Qualifications:

  • Minimum of one (1) year Customer Service Experience desired.
  • TMW Knowledge desired.
  • Excellent computer skills required.
  • Excellent organization, relationship building, and planning skills.
  • Experience working in a deadline driven environment preferred.
  • High School Diploma required
  • 45+ WPM desired
