Our client is currently seeking Inbound Customer Service Representatives. CSR's are responsible for taking orders, assisting customers with questions relating to orders, and resolving issues or investigating problems with orders by working with both the customer and the client to maintain the high standards. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill and/or ability required.

Skills required:

-Previous experience with customer service in a call center or retail environment preferred

-Excellent listening skills

-Professional verbal communication skills (friendly and conversational) and written communication skills; spelling, grammar and data entry

-Computer proficiency in a windows environment, internet navigation and keyboarding skills

-Must have the ability to use computer for extended period of time to enter and process customer orders.

-Demonstrated excellent customer service skills.

-High tolerance for heavy phone work /interaction with public/sensitive conversations

-Ability to work efficiently during peak periods with an increase of customer contacts.

-Demonstrated ability in creative problem solving.

-Ability to use good judgment when problem solving.

-Ability to show empathy and persuasive.

-Ability to work with the sense of urgency.

-Ability to shift from pre-holiday orders to post holiday problem resolutions calls.

-Flexibility to work additional hours and days during peak periods.

-Must be open to working day and/or evening shifts.
