JOB DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

You will work on many spreadsheets and ensure the accurate information is being entered for credit card processing issues. You will learn about many other departments throughout our company and their respective processes which may help you expand and grow. As a Help Desk Representative, you will work closely with a diverse team. You will also:

  • Maintain day-to-day administrative tasks within our POS system
  • Answer inbound calls daily from our sales floor staff regarding system issues, sales, and processes.
  • Help answer and address any questions or concerns presented by sales staff.
  • Support sales force as needed and provide backup support to other departments when needed
  • Identify opportunities to improve the efficiency of processes and procedures within department
  • Communicate effectively with sales staff and maintain a working relationship with all departments within the corporate office.
  • Consistently provide a positive experience to all sales staff and internal employees
  • Work independently and pay special attention to detail and problem resolution.
  • Input information into Excel and Google Docs
