During customer visits, the CS Account Manager engages all levels of plant personnel to sell ABB services including:
Spare Parts to customers within region
Product and System Training
Pre-owned Robots
Robot Repairs
Preventative Maintenance Services
In addition to selling the above standard services, it is expected that the CS Account Manager develop high-level plant relationships with production, engineering and maintenance managers. The successful CS Account Manager will leverage these contacts to align the ABB services offer with customer requirements, develop an ROI with the customer, and sell service solutions to improve Overall Equipment Effectiveness (OEE) including:
Productivity Improvement Projects
Service Agreements
System Upgrades
Maintenance Programs
The CS Account Manager must actively manage an installed base of plants and be acutely aware of competitive threats affecting the service market within their territory. It is expected that the CS Account Manager have the capacity to establish a territory strategy and set priorities. The CS Account Manager is also responsible to utilize Sales Force for Account Management, Contact Management and Opportunity Management for accounts in their territory.

Requirements:

Basic Qualifications:
Associate s Degree AND 7 years of professional sales experience OR
Bachelor s Degree AND 5 years of professional sales experience
Preferred Qualifications:
Customer Service Portfolio knowledge
